We’re now looking for a Retail Leader ready to bring their fast fashion experience into a new chapter — one rooted in ethics, quality, and community.

About the Role:

As our Store Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day performance and growth of three boutique locations, leading a passionate team while driving sales, operational excellence, and customer experience. This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is looking to align their professional path with their personal values.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Growth: Implement data-driven strategies to meet and exceed sales goals while aligning with our mission of conscious retail.

Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop staff across all locations, cultivating a team culture that values creativity, integrity, and service.

Rostering & Scheduling: Create and manage efficient rosters across stores, ensuring optimal team coverage and engagement.

Stock Management: Oversee vintage stock levels, replenishment, and in-store presentation, with a focus on minimising waste and maximising uniqueness.

Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of store presentation that reflect our curated, creative, and eclectic vintage aesthetic.

Performance & Reporting: Analyse sales trends and customer insights to continuously improve performance and refine in-store strategies.

Staff Development: Deliver regular coaching and training, including education on vintage fashion, sustainability, and delivering elevated customer service.

Operations & Compliance: Ensure daily operations run smoothly across all stores and all processes are compliant with company and retail standards.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in a store or area manager role in a fast-paced retail environment – ideally within fashion.

Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and retain talent.

Proven ability to hit KPIs and elevate sales performance across multiple locations.

Excellent rostering, organisational, and inventory management skills.

A creative eye for visual merchandising and an appreciation for vintage fashion trends.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine interest in sustainable fashion and a desire to be part of positive change.

Work Details:

Full-time, five days per week

8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule

On-site leadership required (Inner City Melbourne)
