Your Role:

Oversee our comprehensive pool service operations while leading a team of skilled technicians.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and mentoring a team of pool service technicians

Scheduling and coordinating service routes for maximum efficiency

Overseeing quality control for all maintenance and installation projects

Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery

Managing inventory levels and equipment procurement

Handling complex technical issues and customer escalations

Developing service procedures and training protocols

Monitoring team performance and conducting regular reviews

Ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations

What You Bring:

Minimum 2-5 years experience in pool service management or senior technician role

Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities

Expert knowledge of pool systems, equipment, and water chemistry

Strong business acumen with P&L understanding

Valid VIC Driver's License (essential)

Professional appearance and exceptional customer relationship skills

Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Leadership qualities with ability to motivate and develop team members

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Must pass police check and reference checks
