About the Role

We're on the hunt for a high-energy, ambitious Store Manager to lead Highpoint Superstore - one of the busiest and most unique stores in the country. The current Store Manager transitions to a new leadership opportunity within the business, we're looking for someone who's ready to make their mark in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

This is more than just a Store Manager role - it's a launching pad for future leaders. With the right attitude and performance, you'll be on a clear path towards multi-site or Area Management.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of 11 casuals and 1 Assistant Store Manager

Drive exceptional customer service standards and team performance

Manage daily operations, visual merchandising, and stock control

Analyse KPIs and implement strategies to exceed sales targets

Foster a positive, collaborative and performance-focused store culture

Champion training, development and progression across your team

What You'll Bring

Proven experience managing a high-volume retail store
