What You'll Do:

Guide guests through our immersive escape room adventures, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

Monitor game progress, provide timely hints, and manage the flow of the game to maintain excitement.

Reset and maintain game rooms, ensuring all elements are in proper working order.

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new puzzles and storylines

What We're Looking For:

1–2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service roles.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and interactive experiences.

Quick problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Basic coding knowledge or a hobbyist interest in programming is a plus.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.
