About the role

Juno Specialists is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic medical practice in Richmond, VIC. This is a part-time opportunity offering flexibility and a rewarding career in the healthcare industry.

What you'll be doing

Provide compassionate nursing support during consultations and procedures (e.g., cervical screening, STI testing, immunisations, wound care, IV fluids, IUD insertion, iron infusions, etc.)

Conducting health assessments, administering vaccinations, and delivering chronic disease management programs

Coordinating patient care, including organising referrals and liaising with other healthcare providers

Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with clinical documentation requirements, and quality improvement initiatives

Collaborate with GPs, admin, and allied health professionals to deliver holistic care

What we're looking for

Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a current AHPRA registration

Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Practice Nurse or in a similar primary care setting

You bring patience, care and wisdom to support a positive patient experience and workplace culture at Juno Specialists.

Proficient in using electronic medical records systems - Best Practice preferred

Working with Children and Police Check required

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience in sexual/reproductive health or primary care

Familiarity with trauma-informed care

Awareness of neurodivergent communication styles and support needs

LGBTQIA+ cultural competence

Nurse Immuniser or other additional relevant qualifications
