About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Division 1 Registered Nurse to join our team. You will be working closely with our GPs and other staff to deliver exceptional nursing services. Prior Australian experience of working as RN in general practice is an essential requirement. Please do not apply if you don’t meet this essential requirement.

Duties Include:

Immunisations (adult and childhood)

Wound care and dressing management

ECGs, spirometry, and other procedures

Health assessments and care plans (e.g. 75+, 45–49, mental health plans)

Chronic disease management

Assisting with minor procedures

Cold chain and infection control management

Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

Current AHPRA registration as a Division 1 RN

Previous experience in General Practice or Primary Health (essential )

Familiarity with Best Practice software (preferred but not essential)

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to patient-centred care

Immunisation endorsement essential
