About the Role

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes customers and helps manage the workflow of the workshop. You'll work alongside our team of mechanics, using industry-specific systems like Workshop Software and various parts ordering platforms to keep everything running efficiently.

If you’ve got a background as a Light Vehicle Mechanic or hold a TMR/ICO license – that’s a big plus! But ultimately, we're after someone who’s personable, organised, and ready to be part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and handling bookings with a smile

Scheduling work using Workshop Software

Preparing quotes and keeping customers updated in plain language

Ordering parts through various supplier systems

Managing invoices, payments, and workshop records

Communicating clearly with mechanics about job requirements

Ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, down-to-earth communicator

Organised and efficient – especially when things get busy

Comfortable working with Workshop Software and parts ordering platforms

Mechanical background or interest (highly regarded)

Light Vehicle Mechanic Qualification (preferred but not essential)

TMR/ICO Licensing (preferred)

Previous experience as a service advisor or in a workshop environment is ideal
