We’re on the hunt for a motivated, hands-on 2IC to join our growing team at Cool Cat Removals.

As our Second-in-Command, you’ll be right-hand to the business owners and play a key role in running smooth, stress-free moves for our clients. You’ll be someone who knows how to take initiative, lead by example, and keep a calm head on busy days.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting and leading a small removals team onsite

Safely loading, unloading and transporting furniture and household goods

Keeping jobs running on time and to a high standard

Communicating clearly with clients and team members

Helping train and guide new team members

Ensuring vehicles and equipment are used properly and safely

We’re looking for someone who:

Holds a valid manual driver’s licence

Has reliable transport to and from our depot in Clayton

Is physically fit and capable of heavy lifting

Has a strong work ethic and leads from the front

Has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in their work

Communicates well and can manage people and situations professionally

Hold or be willing to get an ABN (Australian Business Number)

It’s a bonus if you:

Have removals, transport or logistics experience

Have experience in a team leader or 2IC role

Know how to safely wrap, pack, disassemble and reassemble furniture
