Position

Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, while overseeing an outsourced Accounts Payable and transactional accounting team. Collaborate with external advisors, including auditors and tax consultants, to ensure compliance across tax, payroll, and statutory obligations, including the preparation of financial statements. As a key contributor to the growth strategy, the successful candidate will lead financial workstreams for acquisition integration and due diligence. They will also manage the efficient operation of the company’s ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, they maintain timely balance sheet reconciliations and proactively link movements to projected cash flow.

Profile

The successful candidate will hold a CA qualified and bring a strong foundation in technical accounting, ideally gained through experience with a Big 4 firm. In addition to their professional services background, they will have demonstrated the ability to transition successfully into a commercial environment, where they have applied their expertise in a hands-on, business-focused context. Experience in partnering with operational teams, contributing to strategic financial decisions, and delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis will be highly regarded.
