Finance Manager, Financial Services:
TOM People are partnering with a CBD-based financial services organisation to recruit a Finance Manager for an immediate start. This 12-month contract role offers the chance to influence a finance function undergoing transformation, with strong potential to go permanent.
Reporting to the Head of Financial Reporting, you’ll play a key role in financial control, reporting, and driving automation and process improvement across the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting processes
Managing month-end close, reconciliations, tax, AP, and audit requirements
Reviewing and enhancing internal controls and finance processes
Leading and supporting strategic finance initiatives focused on efficiency and scalability
About You:
CA or CPA qualified
5+ years experience in Financial Reporting, ideally within Financial Services
Proven ability to lead or improve financial processes
Strong communication skills and a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset
