Main Care is seeking 1-2 reliable, proactive, and engaging Support Workers to join our close-knit team. This is an ongoing casual role supporting a male NDIS participant in his 30s living with schizophrenia.

The participant has expressed a preference for a mature-minded support worker, as this supports rapport and shared engagement in activities. This forms part of their NDIS goals and is a genuine requirement under the principle of choice and control.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who bring mature, professionalism, patience, and genuine enthusiasm to the role.

Male NDIS participant in his 30s

Diagnosed with schizophrenia

Enjoys music, gym, choir, board games, community outings, and having a laugh!

🕒 Shift Availability

Multiple weekly shifts available

Tuesday: 8:00am–11:30am & 12:00pm–2:30pm

Wednesday: 12:00pm–4:00pm & 6:00pm–9:00pm

Thursday: 10:00am–1:00pm

Friday: 9:00am–12:00pm

Saturday: 7:00pm–10:00pm

Proactive and engaging with strong communication skills

Comfortable working independently and within routine-based environments

Professional and calm in supporting psychosocial needs

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current First Aid & CPR

Valid WA driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle

Experience with psychosocial or neurodivergent clients is an advantage
