About the role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Bespoke Home Care in Kingsley, Western Australia. As a casual Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the independence, dignity, and quality of life for our aged and disabled clients. What you'll be doing

Providing personalised care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and social engagement

Implementing client-specific care plans to meet their individual needs and preferences

Advocating for client wellbeing and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and stimulating environment

Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting on client progress

Collaborating with the broader care team to coordinate seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar community services or aged/disability support role

A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to respond effectively to client needs

A commitment to upholding the principles of dignity, independence, and person-centred care

A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support, are necessary
