Swan Home Care Services is seeking a Caucasian female support worker, aged in their late 20s to mid-30s, to support two of our lovely participants in Southern River and Glendalough. Applicants must have demonstrated experience in supporting individuals with Autism, Dementia, and experience with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) is an advantage. Minimum 2 years' experience in the disability sector.

Due to participant preferences and support needs, these roles require a Caucasian female support worker.

Available Shifts

Southern River: Weekdays, 9:30am–2:30pm

Glendalough: sleepovers (Wednesday 4pm to 7am, other days 7pm to 7am)

Additional shifts in other areas may be available for those seeking more hours

Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support, Community Services, or Disability (essential)

Current First Aid and CPR certificate

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Children Check

Police Clearance

Reliable transport

Medication Competency

Manual Handling Competency
