My client is a leading east coast provider of Access Equipment. We are seeking a Hire Controller or a someone who is fairly new to the access equipment industry and wants to join a company where there is genuine growth for their career.

About the Role

As a Hire Controller, you will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring equipment is delivered efficiently and hire orders are managed seamlessly. Your day will involve:

Managing hire bookings, contracts, and off-hires

Coordinating logistics and equipment availability with the operations team

Providing excellent customer service and technical advice

Preparing hire documentation and maintaining accurate records

Supporting the sales team with customer requirements

Inventory management

Updated the data base

Assist management in day to day duties

Assist external sales team

Weekly reports

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Previous experience as a Hire Controller or in a similar hire or rental coordination role

Some exposure to access equipment is highly regarded

Strong understanding of equipment hire processes

Excellent communication and organisational skills

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

A proactive, customer-focused attitude
