ability to have 2 or 3 guys working under your direction

natural desire to want to train and guide these guys to become knowledgeable and help grow

be skilled in many areas, paving - both dry lay and wetlay( porcelain or travertine), block walls, sleeper walls, timber work of many varieties, lawns, irrigation and gardens. plant knowledge is preferred, but not essential , we have 2 horticulturist in the team. Of all these trades we do sometimes subcontract out some things, pending on what projects on , so what you can offer can be discussed.

we work on high end projects, for quality home builders, so a very good eye for detail and immaculate presentation is required.
