What We're Looking For

For Supervisors & Team Leaders:

Experience in landscape construction or maintenance

Commercial landscaping construction experience is highly regarded

Must have permanent right to work in Australia

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to read plans and manage job progress

WHS awareness and commitment to safe work practices

Valid driver's licence (manual preferred)

Work ute and trailer provided for travel to and from home

Current White Card / Construction Induction Card required

Certificate III in Horticulture / Landscape Construction or equivalent trade qualification preferred

Must be willing to undergo Police Background Check

Must have reliable transport and valid driver's licence to reach Lonsdale depot

For Team Members – Experience Preferred:

Physically fit and reliable

Some garden/landscape experience preferred

Willing to work as part of a team

Driver's licence and own transport required

Must have reliable transport and valid driver's licence to reach Lonsdale depot

For Apprentices:

No experience required

Can-do attitude and motivation to learn

Willing to complete a horticulture qualification while working

Reliable, fit, and ready to start your career

Must have reliable transport and valid driver's licence to reach Lonsdale depot
