We are seeking an experienced, reliable and enthusiastic landscaper with great attention to detail and a love for the outdoors to join our team. We are looking for someone to grow with us and see this position as a great opportunity to potentially progress to a Team Leader/Supervisor Position where you would then be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of landscapers to deliver high quality landscaping services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Ensure efficient and effective delivery of landscaping projects in a timely and cost-effective approach

Overseeing the procurement of materials and equipment required for landscaping projects

Ensuring compliance of building codes and standards with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies

Providing mentorship and training to team members to support their professional development

Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall quality of our landscaping services

What we're looking for

Minimum 7 years of experience in landscaping including; interpreting detailed site plans, site set out, concreting, paving, wet lay paving, fencing, retaining walls, irrigation and earth works

Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality results

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Must have drivers license

Relevant qualifications in horticulture or landscaping will be highly regarded

MR License and extensive concreting experience will be highly regarded
