The Role The key requirements of the position will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Due to a internal organisational movements, assist in building MRI reports from an finance & accounting standpoint (P&L, tenancy schedule, arrears reports)
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and audit requirements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Analyze budget variances and provide insights into performance trends
• Act as the key liaison between the organisation and stakeholders
• Partner with members of the support team to share on thought leadership, best practices, and analytics to evolve an integrated, forward-thinking, compliant finance practice
• Post accruals, prepayments, and journal entrie
• Ad hoc finance project involvement as required
