We're looking for a detail focused individual to join our busy team as a Group Warranty Clerk, Located in Bunbury. We are a multi franchise dealership with Nissan & Renault in Bunbury and Nissan, Ford, Hyundai & Mitsubishi in Narrogin. This role will cover the Warranty for both sites, so travel between sites may be required but most work will be done from the Bunbury Dealership.

The person we are seeking must be reliable, and self-motivated with a good eye for detail. This role is fast paced, your day will include problem solving, thinking on your feet, and developing relationships with other staff members & manufacturers.

This role is full time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week. This role would suit an energetic individual, who enjoys keeping busy and has excellent attention to detail.

About you:

Previous experience as a warranty clerk or service advisor within the automotive industry (not essential but highly regarded)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You will thrive in a busy, high-volume environment

Have Effective time management and organisation skills

You will have sound computer experience with the ability to learn new systems

You will have a can-do approach where no task is too hard

Work well under pressure

Be able to Communicate effectively with fellow staff and work in a team

Knowledge of motor mechanics is advantageous

About the role:

Responsible for organizing, processing and reviewing warranty claims for all 5 manufacturers

Verifying and ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements

Scheduling customer service orders, utilizing company software and achieving challenging time restraints

Carry out internal warranty audits

Co-ordination of manufacturer warranty parts return

Collating and translating vehicle symptoms to repair orders that can be clearly understood and diagnosed by technical staff

Will also be required to assist with service counter tasks at times & to cover leave
