About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support our doctors in conducting corporate employment medicals and health assessments. This full-time role requires a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.

Full on the job training will be provided for the following tasks:

· Spirometry (lung function testing)

· Blood Pressure monitoring

· Audiometry (hearing tests)

· Height, Weight & BMI measurement

· Vision Testing – near, far, and colour vision

· Urine Drug Screening (instant testing)

· Electrocardiograms (ECG)

· Accurate data entry into Best Practice software

· Ensuring confidentiality and data privacy at all times

· Working both independently and collaboratively with the clinical team

What We’re Looking For

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong commitment to confidentiality and compliance

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Medical/health background (nursing, allied health, etc.) preferred but not essential

· Experience with Best Practice software preferred but not essential

· Professional communication and time management skills
