No two days are the same. Some moments call for calm and compassion as you respond to sensitive client enquiries, while others require focus and efficiency to coordinate logistics & manage resources that support service delivery. Your ability to stay responsive, organised, and grounded in purpose helps create a workplace where people feel confident, cared for, and connected.
About the Role
As an Administration Support and Reception Officer, you will:
- Provide a professional and quality-focused reception service, maintaining a welcoming environment. Our reception team are often the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping first impressions and setting the tone for engagement.
- Manage incoming calls, mail, and client-facing resources, ensuring prompt, respectful, and informed responses that support seamless service navigation.
This includes handling sensitive or complex enquiries with discretion and clarity, and directing clients to the appropriate team or service area. - Support administrative functions including archiving, fleet bookings, building access, and office supplies
- Assist staff across programs with ad hoc administrative tasks to meet client and service needs

- Wednesday 8:54am till 5:00pm
- Thursday 8:54am till 5:00pm
- Friday 8:54am till 5:00pm
- Part time, ongoing position
- 0.6 FTE working the following schedule:
- $76,550 (pro-rata) p/a + Super + Salary Packaging

What We're Looking For
We value individuals who bring dedication, empathy, and expertise to their roles. To succeed in this position, you will have:
- Qualification in business administration or equivalent experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, client information databases and knowledge of a range of IT programs.
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with clients, staff and external stakeholders whilst working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent customer service skills demonstrated by working as a key part of a team within a professional workplace environment.
- High level of initiative in managing workload, responding to requests and adapting to a changing environment.
