The Role
With a growing national customer base and a deep commitment to service, we’re seeking a Sales Administrator to support our field sales team and enhance the customer experience.
This role plays a pivotal part in our service delivery – ensuring prompt, accurate and proactive support to both our team and our customers. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and individual reps to manage customer requests, coordinate campaigns and pre-orders, streamline processes, and help drive team performance through well-organised systems and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily admin support to our national sales team (e.g. customer queries, pricing requests, account updates)
Coordinate and track wine pre-orders, releases, allocations, and campaigns
Support accurate data entry into our CRM and ordering systems (Cin7, Xero, etc.)
Help produce weekly sales reports and performance summaries
Assist with event logistics and wine sample coordination when needed
Be the first point of contact for urgent customer queries when reps are in the field
Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
What You’ll Bring:
Previous experience in a sales support or admin role (experience in wine or food preferred but not essential)
Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems and cloud-based tools (Slack, CRM platforms)
A strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to work independently while staying connected to a wider team
A love of wine and the industry

Remuneration
$55-65k + Super (depending on experience and existing customer base)
