About the Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and talented Signage customer service & Design Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at creative problem-solving, and enjoy building strong customer relationships while delivering standout signage solutions — we want to hear from you!

This is a dynamic, hands-on position combining graphic design and customer service. You’ll play a key role in managing artwork production, assisting in marketing initiatives, and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

Pre production Design, edit, and artwork preparation for signage production using Adobe Illustrator, ensuring alignment with client needs and manufacturing standards

Manage signage projects from concept to delivery, including quoting and client approvals

Prepare accurate quotations, estimate, and handle associated documentation

Process customer orders through the ERP system and prepare for production

Provide exceptional customer service support to maintain and grow client relationships

Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution

Contribute to marketing initiatives, including website updates, social media content, and social media campaigns

Assist with factory operations during peak periods (under supervision)

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or signage (highly regarded)

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator essential

Strong understanding of signage materials, fabrication, and installation processes (preferred)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

High attention to detail with strong creative and visual design abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team

Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt

Strong organisational and time management skills
