Terra Mater Group (Terra) was founded in December 2022 by four directors with years of experience in their fields in the construction industry, built from three separate companies that saw a greater opportunity and ability in teamwork by combining civil earthworks, Plumbing and commercial landscaping under one banner. We are driven to offer a highly qualified workforce with the capacity, diversity, and ambition to manage and drive projects to an industry high standard.

Terra has a mandate for all employees to rise together in knowledge and skills to continue to try and think outside the box implementing new ideas, technologies, and practices to all projects great and small. It’s this approach to the industry that will set Terra apart, this combined with the expertise of key team members in their chosen field and drive to not shy away from the difficult and or technical projects is what will make Terra a leader in its field.

Qualifications & experience

2 + years as an excavator operator Must have white card, asbestos and silica awareness.

Heavy Rigid License desirable but not required

Operation of 1.7 - 36 T Excavators Operation of 2.5 - 14 T Rollers Operation of Skid steer loaders

General Civil Excavation works

General Landscape Excavation works

We require a competent operator that can work in a team or independently. The successful candidate will be paid according to skills demonstrated with the possibility of a vehicle depending on skills.
