Bellarine Bayside Foreshore Committee of Management (Bellarine Bayside) is a not-for-profit, Category 1 coastal Committee of Management established under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 by the Victorian Government in 1994. Bellarine Bayside is responsible for managing and protecting 200 hectares of crown land stretching along 17 kilometres of coastline from Portarlington, through Indented Head to St Leonards containing significant natural, cultural, heritage and social values along the northern Bellarine Peninsula.

The Business and Finance Team is responsible for the financial health and stability of the organisation. They manage financial resources, analyse financial data, and provide insights to support business decisions. Their work includes budgeting, managing investments, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Ultimately, they aim to ensure the company has the necessary funds to operate efficiently and achieve its long-term objectives.

We are seeking an experienced accounts person to:

To provide quality data entry and processing for a range of accounting and payroll functions including payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, fixed asset register maintenance and administration, assisting with budget preparation and analysis, cash flow monitoring and assisting with all aspects of month-end and year-end processing and reporting.
