We’re seeking a Director of Operations & Strategic Execution to become the right hand to our CEO and play a key role in scaling a fast-growing virtual assistant company.

This role is designed for a sharp, organized, and strategic operator who can lead global teams, build repeatable systems, and free up the CEO to focus on vision, partnerships, and enterprise growth. You’ll lead the charge in day-to-day operations, team structure, process development, and performance tracking — ensuring the company scales with excellence and clarity.

This role is designed for the leader who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty, and dive into the weeds to get sh-t done, and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Own the day-to-day operations, team productivity, and global delivery systems.

Team Management: Lead VA team leaders, internal ops staff, and growth personnel across multiple time zones.

Systems & Process Development: Build, document, and optimize SOPs and internal workflows for scale.

Strategic Execution: Align company goals with actionable plans and ensure milestones are hit across departments.

Financial Oversight: Support P&L management, budgeting, AR/AP tracking, and key financial performance metrics.

Client Experience Oversight: Ensure world-class onboarding, service delivery, and resolution of escalated client issues.

Tech & Automation: Champion the use of tools, systems, and AI to streamline operations and enhance delivery.

Executive Support: Act as the integrator for the CEO — helping turn ideas into plans and plans into execution.

Must-Haves:

3+ years in operations, project management, or team leadership roles

Experience leading teams

Proficiency in business tools like CRMs, project management software, Google Workspace, and automation platforms

Strong understanding of financial metrics (P&L, forecasting, AR/AP)

Comfortable in a work from home or co-work office environment

Tech-savvy, with a natural interest in AI, automation, and system optimization

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in a VA or outsourcing company

Experience in the Trades industry: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC or building

Exposure to EOS/Traction, Scaling Up, or similar frameworks

Background in working with founder-led businesses

Experience supporting a visionary CEO or high-autonomy founder
