GreenMan Property Services is a family-owned, highly regarded, dynamic company providing comprehensive property maintenance to commercial and residential clients throughout the beautiful Mackay Region. Our services include gardening, lawn mowing, property repairs, and bond cleaning.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. The successful candidate will have office experience, demonstrate initiative, and be highly reliable.

Duties & Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.

Provide information about our services to clients.

Collect accurate client details and information about requested work.

Manage electronic systems, including our quoting, booking, and invoicing platforms.

Schedule work and monitor job progress throughout the day.

Maintain the staff database, ensuring current information and up-to-date inductions, licences, and certificates.

Follow up with clients on quotes and invoices.

Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning.

Skills & Experience

Strong computer skills; experience with Excel, Xero, Numbers, and/or Smartsheet is advantageous.

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to implement systems to enhance office efficiency.

Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

Capacity to perform under pressure and make independent decisions.

Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.

Honesty, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Previous office environment experience is essential.

Position Details

Office hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts/rosters tailored to the successful candidate.
