Administration/Reception:
• Assist with incoming phone enquiries (walk-in, email & phone)
• Maintain accurate records & manage data entry across multiple platforms
• Support the sales/quoting team with appointment scheduling & client communications
• Assist the marketing team in the development & distribution of newsletters, updates, & social media content
• Coordinate office consumables & stationary ordering
• Contribute to improving workplace processes & attend team meetings
• Provide administrative support to management
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Proven experience in administration
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence using a variety of software and platforms (Microsoft Office, CRMs, Mailchimp, Canva, website CMS, etc.)
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
