Faresin Australia PTY LTD is the Australian Branch of the Italian Manufacturing Company Faresin Formwork. We operate through two branches, one located in Prospect (NSW) and the other one in Yatala (QLD) with offices based in Prospect (NSW). Our business activities are mainly in Formwork projects, residential and civil projects for T1 companies and big / medium sub-contractors. Our primary objective is always to give the best solution to the client to make easy the workforce activities in the job site using our products. We work close to our client for technical assistance, problem solving, new solutions for time assembly / material costs reduction.

Job description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Yard Hand to join our team in our branch located in Prospect (NSW).

As a Yard Hand you will be responsible for utilising the forklift, moving materials, collecting materials, assisting other Labouring staff and general yard duties.

You will be ensuring safety standards, completing documentation and assisting with general labouring and forklift operation in the workshop.

This position provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a hardworking team while also having the flexibility to work alone and unsupervised.

About the role:

Forklift Operation Daily

Practice proper manual handling techniques to prevent injuries

General customer Service

Yard Housekeeping

Machinery operation

Parts allocation & stock control

Assisting team workers

Full-Time role Monday to Friday

Expected start of employment from July/August 2025

Requirements:

Previous experience and current forklift ticket (Preferred)

Driver’s License (Essential)

Strong understanding of safety standards and ability to follow safety protocols

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in conducting pre-start checks on machinery

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Proficiency in completing documentation accurately

Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks

Ability to work independently and unsupervised

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Must be able & willing to work.
