About the role

Due to the continued expansion of Sarwood we require another star.

This very important role includes local area deliveries together with packing and collating orders when required. You must be an enthusiastic person, reputable with a great work ethic. You must have good people skills.

We believe effort costs nothing however no effort costs a lot.

You will be responsible for site deliveries ensuring your load is complete and in full, checking off products as they are being loaded, securing the load and unloading. When you are on the Sarwood site you will be helping collate orders clean and ensure a tidy workplace.

Having been in business for over 40 years we know what it takes to drive sales and to build relationships with staff and customers.

Skills and experience

Previous driving experience is of importance however if you have a good driving record and are prepared to learn driving this job may be for you.

Perhaps you are interested in building supplies and building products.

You will be comfortable driving vehicles, be able to carefully and load and unload vehicles. A White card is preferred but not essential as we can arrange to have you trained to get one as is a fork licence.

As part of our delivery team you will be engaged in a diverse job encompassing many facets of the building trade, you will often be the face of Sarwood onsite promoting our business.

You will be an energetic and caring person with a need to be part of a team and operate as part of a team.

A NSW driver's licence is essential.
