Routys Plumbing & Gas (RPG) is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Tradesman / Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day site operations across large-scale commercial and civil projects. This role is ideal for a qualified plumber ready to take on greater responsibility while still working on the tools.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supervise daily on-site plumbing activities and lead a team of trades and apprentices

Read and interpret plans, ensuring works are completed to spec and code

Coordinate with Project Managers, builders, and subcontractors

Maintain a high standard of quality, safety, and compliance

Manage site documentation and contribute to project handover packages

Support material procurement and delivery planning in collaboration with the office

Proactively identify and resolve site issues to keep projects on track

What You’ll Bring:

WA plumbing licence and construction white card

Demonstrated experience in commercial or civil plumbing projects

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor teams

Confidence dealing with builders and project stakeholders

Ability to manage timelines and problem-solve under pressure

Experience with project management software such as Procore & Simpro (desirable)

Gas licence & high-risk work licences (desirable)
