The Role

As a Partner in Corporate & M&A, you'll work closely with senior leadership (including the firm’s CEO/Partner) to:

• Lead complex cross-border and domestic M&A transactions
• Advise on corporate structuring, private equity deals, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and buyouts
• Manage end-to-end deal processes—from negotiations to completion—with strong attention to detail
• Build, mentor, and foster junior team members
• Collaborate across practice areas, including property, finance, and digital asset teams

Salary and Features of the Position:

• Salaried Position: $250,000 - $300,000
