The Role

Due to growth, out client is looking to recruit an experienced and talented corporate/M&A lawyer with, ideally around the 4 years to 8 years pae level.

The work will be both private and public M&A, corporate advisory, corporate governance, capital markets.

This role will see you working closely with the partner and their client base. You will have the appropriate level of responsibility for your level. This is a 'hands on' role where you will continue to grow and develop.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• around 4 years plus years corporate/M&A law experience gained from a reputable law firm or in-house environment
• excellent writing skills
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• commercial acumen
• be a team player
• enthusiasm and have a passion for corporate/M&A law
