About the role

Mr Collins', a leading hospitality venue in Docklands VIC 3008, is seeking an Experienced Barista to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As our Experienced Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee and customer service to our valued patrons.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a wide range of coffee and specialty espresso-based beverages to the highest standards

Ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfilment, providing prompt and friendly customer service

Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols

Assisting with general bar duties as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Exceptional coffee-making skills, with a deep understanding of coffee preparation techniques and equipment

Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to provide a warm, friendly and efficient service

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
