"Starting my career as a new graduate speech pathologist at Aura was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From day one as an Allied Health Assistant, I felt supported, valued, and encouraged to grow; not just as a clinician, but as a person. The team created an environment where I could ask questions, try new things, and truly learn from every experience. I was given the space to develop confidence in my clinical skills while knowing I had guidance every step of the way. I’m so grateful for my time here at Aura and know it’s shaped me into the therapist I am today" - Maddy (Speech Pathologist at Aura)
