Job Type: Full-time or part-time mechanic
About Us:
Griffiths Mowers is a family owned and trusted provider of landscaping equipment repair and maintenance services. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Mower Mechanic to join our team. If you have hands-on experience with small engines and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in small engine repair or Experience with brands such as Honda, Briggs & Stratton, Kawasaki, or other brands of engines
Job Responsibilities:
Proven experience as a small engine mechanic or strong knowledge of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines
Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and schematics
Basic computer skills for logging repairs
Own set of mechanic tools (preferred)
Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, blade sharpening, belt replacement, etc.)
Troubleshoot electrical systems and fuel components
Order and install replacement parts
Provide excellent customer service and technical advice when needed
Keep work area clean and organized
