We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our dynamic team at

Hogs Breath Cafe Kelmscott ( Unit 1, 2938 Albany Highway Kelmscott WA 6111 )

. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking, a keen eye for detail and committed to delivering exceptional dining experience.

• Proven experience as a Chef or in similar role
• Culinary or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen Equipment and food safety standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:

• Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality
• Oversee preparation, cooking and presentation of all food items
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and Food safety in the kitchen

Quality Control

• Address and resolve any issues related to food quality and consistency

Kitchen Management

• Manage Stocktakes including ordering, stocking and supplies

Health & Safety

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
• Implement and Monitor safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries

Administrative Duties

• Schedule and mange kitchen staff shifts or rosters
• Maintain accurate records of recipes, stocktake and orders

Working Conditions:

• Fast -paced kitchen environment
• Long hours including nights
• Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items
