Your Responsibilities:

Whether you join as a Property Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

Selling off-the-plan houses to a diverse client base.

Working closely with clients and builders to facilitate seamless transactions.

Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to settlement.

Actively prospecting and expanding your own client base.

Representing Square Yards with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

Administering contracts and settlements efficiently.

Who We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess:

Proven sales experience in real estate, with a strong track record of success.

Relevant industry-standard certificates or license.

The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.

For Sales Manager applicants, demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing sales teams are essential.
