What You’ll Do

Take 5–10 pre-qualified appointments/week

Use our Lighthaus AI tool to deliver unmatched insights

Show how we help clients build $50K+ equity

Close $4,950 upfront (min $3K collected)

Hustle when the calendar’s light — reheat leads, work your network

Bring in 2+ new clients/month and earn bonus commissions

Compensation

Base (First 3 Months Only): $55K + Super Commission: $4,000 per signed client

OTE (10 months/year):

2 signups/week = $346K

3/week = $519K

4/week = $692K

Who You Are

2+ years closing high-ticket ($3K–$5K+) in property, finance, coaching or consulting

You've run your own business or been commission-only and thrived

You treat your pipeline like a business

You’ve got thick skin, big energy, and serious hunger

You’re comfortable working evenings/weekends if that’s when deals get done

You see a 17,000+ contact database and think: “That’s gold.”
