🧭 Your Role

As a Support Coordinator, you’ll empower NDIS participants to:

Navigate their plans

Connect with formal and informal supports

Build capacity to manage their own supports

Achieve goals and thrive in their communities

✅ What We’re Looking For

Essential:

ABN (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Ability to self-manage and work autonomously

Strong written and verbal communication

Professional handling of sensitive information

Desirable:

Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Nursing, or Allied Health

Experience with complex needs

Understanding of disability, mental health, or community sectors

Contractor Rates & Incentives

Level 2 Support Coordination: $60/hr (billable)

Level 3 Specialist Coordination: $85/hr base rate

Growth Incentive:

+$5/hr for new clients onboarded and retained for 2+ months

Performance bonuses for quality outcomes & compliance
