As a Support Coordinator, you’ll empower NDIS participants to navigate their plans, connect with formal and informal supports, and build the capacity to manage their own supports into the future. You’ll be a key partner in helping them achieve their goals and thrive in their communities

What We’re Looking For

Essential Criteria:

You must have or be willing to obtain:

An ABN

A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check

Proven ability to self-manage, prioritise tasks, and work autonomously

High-level communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism

Desirable Criteria:

Tertiary qualifications in areas such as:

Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Community Services, Nursing, or Allied Health

Experience working with participants with complex needs

Strong understanding of the disability, mental health, or community sectors
