About the role

Quantum 3D Building Design Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Architect to join our dynamic team in Bella Vista, NSW. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of innovative building projects that shape the future of our communities. What you'll be doing

Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and translate it into detailed architectural plans and designs

Producing 2D and 3D drawings, models, and visualisations to effectively communicate design concepts

Conducting site analyses and feasibility studies to ensure the viability and sustainability of proposed projects

Overseeing the development and implementation of architectural designs, including coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the design and construction process

Providing technical expertise and advice to clients, consulting on design decisions and problem-solving any challenges that arise

Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of your work

What we're looking for

A degree in Architecture or a related field, with a current registration as an Architect in Australia

Minimum 5 years of post-graduation experience in architectural design and project management

Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools

Strong technical skills in areas such as structural design, materials selection, and building systems

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to design challenges

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, innovative architectural solutions
