Duties and responsibilities include:

• Assist underwriters in reviewing and processing new business, renewals, and endorsements
• Prepare quotations, documentation, and reports for broker and internal use
• Support the team in risk assessment and data entry across a range of construction risks
• Build and maintain strong broker relationships through excellent service
• Learn the ins and outs of construction underwriting in a hands-on environment

We are looking for someone with:

• 1+ years of experience in insurance or underwriting (broker, agency, or insurer)
• Interest in construction lines
• Strong attention to detail, admin accuracy, and communication skills
• Eager to learn and grow in a supportive, fast-paced team
• Exposure to underwriting systems or portals is a plus
