About the Role
We're looking for an experienced full-time Managing Consultant to join our Blue Collar Recruitment team in the Perth CBD in a 360 recruitment capacity. Depending on your experience and background, this role will see you managing a small team whilst also leading from the front working a vertical blue collar desk:
Mining | Rail | Manufacturing | Construction
In this role you will form part of our established blue collar recruitment team here in WA at our brand-new state of the office in the Perth CBD! Having operated in the WA market for over 15 years, we have a recognised brand and, a great story to tell.
The role will see you take over day to day management of our current Blue Collar clients and accounts, ensuring we're delivering exceptional customer service to achieve positive revenue growth in each. Alongside this, you will be required to further grow and develop our client base, focusing on good quality, repeat business. The role is a billing management role so you will be required to lead by example and be hands on in your approach to managing and delivering into these clients. We are looking for someone that still has a passion for day to day recruitment can delivery exceptional outcomes.
What does a typical 2XM day look like?
- Day to day management of existing Blue Collar Team
- Act as a role model and ambassador within the team, setting high standards
- Analyse existing customer base, strengthen relationships and ensure they're receiving exceptional customer service, resulting in positive revenue growth
- Work with the team to market map new opportunities, further strengthening our blue collar client base and delivery capability
- Drive new business opportunities through new and existing networks
- Lead by example - Deliver 360 recruitment to your clients in conjunction with managing the and leading the team.
- Work with our in house Bid Management team in delivering quality, sustainable tenders to prospective clients
- Liaise with our in-house L & D Manager to support and develop the growth of each team member
- Deliver individual and team budget to support the achievement of business objectives
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years previous recruitment experience.
- Leadership/management experience or an ambition to move into a leadership role - essential
- Confident - able to build rapport with people either over the phone or in person
- Keen to commit to a vertical desk and become the very best and lead by example
- Articulate communicator with a strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with Office 365 - Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel and, previous recruitment CRM experience.
