The Role

As an HVAC Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, managing installation crews, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise HVAC installation works on-site (commercial and retail projects).

Manage and coordinate subcontractors and West Group installation crews.

Conduct daily site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Liaise with project managers, builders, and clients to report on progress and resolve site issues.

Read and interpret HVAC drawings and plans.

Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met.

Manage site safety and toolbox talks.

Track materials and equipment deliveries.

Maintain detailed site reports and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience (site management experience preferred).

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Ability to read mechanical drawings and project plans.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Current driver’s license and construction white card.

Relevant trade qualification (Mechanical Plumbing, Refrigeration, or equivalent).
