The Role: Service Manager / Scheduler

As the Electrical Service Manager/Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our service team. You'll be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating with technicians, and preparing small to medium job quotations to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering calls and liaising with clients

Scheduling quotes, service, and project work

Preparing and issuing small to medium job quotations

Creating jobs and quotes using office software (Simpro experience preferred)

Coordinating with tradespeople and warehouse staff

Organising materials for service jobs

Managing job timelines and part numbers

Estimating over the phone where appropriate

Handling customer email communications and general admin

Your Personal Attributes:

Courteous, polite, and professional communicator

Organised and self-motivated

Confident in both team collaboration and independent work

Presentable with a great attitude and proactive mindset

Willingness to learn new systems and tools

Minimum Requirements:

Experience in the electrical trade

Previous experience in service coordination role is favorable

Ability to prepare and manage job quotations up to medium size projects

Knowledge of electrical parts and job time estimation

Strong phone and email etiquette

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook

Knowledge of WHS standards

Simpro software experience (highly favorable)

Valid Queensland Driver’s Licence
