About the role

Braces and Smiles is seeking an Orthodontist or a Dentist with orthodontic training and experience to join our dental practice on a contract basis in Hadfield, Victoria. As an Orthodontist or a Dentist with orthodontic expertise, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive dental care and orthodontic treatments to our patients. What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients

Provide orthodontic services, such as braces, aligners, and other corrective treatments

Collaborate with the dental hygienist and other team members to ensure efficient and coordinated patient care

Stay up-to-date with the latest dental and orthodontic techniques and technologies to deliver the best possible care

Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements

Participate in regular staff meetings and professional development activities

What we're looking for

Registered Dentist with a valid license to practice in Australia

Minimum 3 years of experience in general dentistry, with a strong focus on orthodontic treatments

Excellent clinical skills and a thorough understanding of the latest dental and orthodontic techniques

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with the dental team

Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent time management and organizational skills
