About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Dentist to join our team at Casey Smiles in Cranbourne, VIC. This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality dental care to our patients.

As our Dentist, you will be responsible for performing a range of dental procedures, from routine check-ups and cleanings to more complex treatments. Your commitment to delivering exceptional patient care will be integral to the success of our practice.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive dental examinations and developing tailored treatment plans for patients

Performing a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and working alongside our AO4 team.

Providing patients with guidance on proper oral hygiene and preventive care

Collaborating with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care

Maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines

What we're looking for

Registered Dentist with a current license to practice in Australia

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical dental setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Proficient in the use of dental equipment and technologies
