We are a locally owned, private and independent general dental practice located in Echuca, Victoria. Located at the junction of the Murray and Campaspe Rivers, we are 2.5 hours’ drive from Melbourne (1 hour from Bendigo and Shepparton). Our practice has been in existence for decades, and we enjoy a great reputation around town.

Our rooms sit on the banks of the Campaspe River, with river views from the surgeries. Echuca is blessed with an historic port area, and a great dining scene. It boasts all the facilities you would expect, including a large hospital, theatre, good shopping, well respected schools and vibrant, well supported sporting clubs. The right candidate will be taking over an existing position, with a busy book and high patient flow. You will walk straight into a full appointment book. We will provide you with attractive remuneration as well as long term, skilled support staff. The practice has all the modern technology, including Cone Beam CT, intraoral scanner, rotary endodontics and soft tissue laser.

You will get the opportunity to develop interest and skills in any direction, with a wider range of procedures and busier books than your city counterparts may experience. The practice principal has completed a Graduate Diploma in Oral Implants, and is happy to provide mentoring, if required. We have strong protocols and are actively involved in a professional practice management programme.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, and able to work within small teams. You must have sound clinical skills, and a friendly chair side manner. You must be willing to improve your clinical and communication skills, and to work within our systems.

This is a full time position, but we are open to discussion, including structuring the days to allow a long weekend every week. There is no Saturday or public holiday work.

We are open to all applicants, including (but not limited to) recent graduates. We have worked with new graduates in the past, and are confident we can train and support you in whichever direction you choose.
