Dental One is pleased to offer an incredible opportunity for a recently graduated dentist (not a current student) who wants to fast track their learning and become a superstar within 12 months. Being a part of our new graduate program will allow you to become proficient in molar endo, crown and bridge, implants restorative, surgical exos and more. You will receive hands on mentoring by the senior dentists and have busy books from day one.

This is a strictly salaried based position for the first 6-12 months prior to the role transitioning to a competitive commission arrangement. All training is done at our Craigieburn clinic initially with the opportunity to move to one of our other 8 locations being available. Our dentists typically take home about $300,000-$500,000 the first year after their training is complete.

As a Dentist at Dental One, you will work with the latest equipment including digital radiography, rotary endodontics, OPG and Cone Beam machines, and a team focused on delivering comprehensive care for our patients, including general and cosmetic dentistry.
